kp67 Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kp67 ("kp67", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kp67 website located at kp67.net, including all associated gaming, betting, account, and payment services.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of kp67, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the kp67 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use kp67.

2. Eligibility

To register and use kp67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kp67 operates strictly as an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of any corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that participation in online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Pakistan.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of kp67 or its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from kp67.

Online gaming regulations in Pakistan are subject to change. It is your sole and ongoing responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on kp67. kp67 does not accept responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such activity may be unlawful.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active kp67 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kp67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any active bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending a fraud review.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must keep your registration information current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp67 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kp67 support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your kp67 account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact kp67 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your kp67 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. kp67 reserves the right to retain funds pending completion of any outstanding verification or compliance review.

4. KYC Verification

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, kp67 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may also be requested at the time of registration, prior to a bonus being awarded, or at any point during your use of the Platform at kp67's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani or international passport (photo page).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document in your name showing your current address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation of the JazzCash account, Easypaisa account, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits — the name must match your registered kp67 name.

kp67 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved.

5. Deposits

kp67 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the kp67 cashier at the time of deposit.

• All deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.
• Deposits are credited to your kp67 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant.
• kp67 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• kp67 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• kp67 reserves the right to reverse or withhold a deposit pending KYC verification where required by compliance procedures.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your kp67 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the kp67 cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and internal review timelines. kp67 does not guarantee specific processing times but endeavours to process approved withdrawals promptly.
• kp67 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

kp67 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• kp67 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• kp67 is not obligated to offer any particular bonus and makes no guarantee as to the ongoing availability of any promotional offer.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kp67 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, verified by independent technical auditors. kp67 does not modify, influence, or override game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game are published in the respective game information panel.

• By placing a bet on kp67, you accept the rules of the specific game as displayed within the game interface.
• kp67 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where a technical error, systems failure, or data feed error has resulted in incorrect odds, results, or game outcomes.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the result recorded in the kp67 server logs shall be conclusive.

9. Responsible Gaming

kp67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all Players from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all kp67 marketing communications for a defined minimum exclusion period.

kp67 is a strictly 18+ platform. Allowing a minor to access your kp67 account is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

kp67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
• Exploitation of technical errors, game vulnerabilities, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account suspension or termination, kp67 will conduct a review of outstanding balances and may withhold funds pending the completion of any investigation. Where no fraudulent or abusive activity is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the kp67 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game content, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of kp67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use kp67 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kp67 content without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp67 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of kp67.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data transmission errors, or connectivity issues outside kp67's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.

Where kp67's liability cannot be excluded by law, liability is limited to the total deposits made by you to kp67 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kp67 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment.

13. Privacy

kp67's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the kp67 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at kp67 you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kp67 uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. KYC documents are reviewed only by authorised compliance personnel and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kp67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published at kp67.net/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, kp67 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform or registered email. Your continued use of kp67 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you should immediately cease use of kp67 and request account closure if desired.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally applicable principles of law. Any dispute arising between you and kp67 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the kp67 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration.

You agree to contact kp67 support at [email protected] as the first step in resolving any dispute. kp67 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. Disputes regarding game outcomes shall be determined by reference to kp67's server-side game logs, which are conclusive evidence of the transaction record.
